Anti-wrinkle treatments.
Anti-wrinkle treatments relax muscles which cause wrinkles when contracted. This helps to maintain a youthful appearance by reducing lines around the frown, forehead and eyes. This is a prescription only medicine, so clients are required to have a consultation with a qualified prescriber before they can have the treatment.
Pricing
£150 for 1 area
£200 for 2 areas
£250 for 3 areas
Additional areas £50 (eg top lip or marionette lines) each
All treatments require a £30 deposit to secure a booking, and this is redeemable against treatment cost.
How does it work?
Depending on what areas you want to work on, small injections are made into areas of the face.
Injectable anti-ageing treatments are a quick and convenient way to smooth out those lines on the forehead and around the eyes and mouth without any need for surgery.
What happens during treatment?
You lay down flat on your back, we inject into the chosen areas. This only takes a few minutes then we are done. There may be some mild discomfort or pain when doing this, many people have described it as an ant bite. It only lasts a few minutes so there is no need to worry.
Are there any side effects?
The nurse will discuss all potential side effects in detail during the consultation.
Many say that these injections aren’t as bad as they expected. Some redness and small bumps may appear during the treatment area immediately afterwards but disappear quickly. Some rarer side effects might occur including bruising.
Your nurse will provide you with information about aftercare, and advice on how to make contact with the clinic for any queries after your treatment.

Dermal fillers.
Dermal fillers are injections used to fill out wrinkles and creases in the skin. They can also be used to increase the volume and definition of the lips and cheeks. They help give you a more youthful appearance to the area being treated. Natural looking results and are commonly used to rejuvenate facial areas, including the cheeks, jawline, lips, mouth, neck and décolletage.
Pricing
£220 for 1ml
£180 for 0.6ml (Teosyal Touch Up only)
All treatments require a £30 deposit to secure a booking, and this is redeemable against treatment cost.
How does it work?
Most dermal fillers are made of hyaluronic acid which is a naturally occurring acid produced by the skin. The hyaluronic gel re-volumises the skin as well as increasing and maintaining the moisture to help keep the skin smooth and plump.
What happens during treatment?
You may be offered a local anaesthetic cream or injection. The nurse injects the filler in a series of small injections and may massage the area.
The treatment time can vary from 30 minutes to an hour. It may be uncomfortable, but should not be very painful.
Are there any side effects?
The nurse will discuss all potential side effects in detail during the consultation.
The area may be a little swollen, tender and red for 24 hours. For the first two weeks after treatment, it is advisable to avoid facial treatments, as well as saunas, steam rooms or sun bathing/sun beds, to reduce the risk of bruising. Dermal fillers may take up to four weeks to settle, and there may be some lumps noticeable during this time.
Your nurse will provide you with information about aftercare, and advice on how to make contact with the clinic for any queries after your treatment.

Chemical peels.
Chemical peels are liquids brushed on to the face to remove dead skin cells and stimulate the growth of new cells. The aim of this cosmetic procedure is to improve the appearance of the facial skin – for example, by reducing age spots and evening out skin tone. The chemical peels used in treatments at TD Aesthetics are medical grade and have been clinically proven to be effective, by manufacturers such as Alumier MD, Skin Better Science and BioRePeel.
Pricing
1 peel £90
Course of 3 peels £270
Courses of 3 or more treatments will include a free full size treatment serum and moisturiser with SPF.
All treatments require a £30 deposit to secure a booking, and this is redeemable against treatment cost.
How does it work?
The peel breaks up dead skin cells on the surface of the skin, and so removes fine lines, wrinkles and skin blemishes and also is effective for acne scarring, by using a mixture of ingredients that can reach the superficial and middle layers of the skin.
The peel could be an alphahydroxy acid such as glycolic acid, or a polyhydroxy acid such as lactic acid, or a vitamin A derivative such as retinol, or a broad spectrum acid such as trichloroacetic acid (TCA).
What happens during treatment?
The nurse will cleanse your face prior to the treatment, then the peel will be applied. Depending on the type of peel you have, this may need to be neutralised with a specialised solution at the clinic, or left on your skin to self-neutralise later. Your skin will then be treated with a nourishing serum and a moisturiser with SPF. You may feel a slight tingling or warm sensation as the peel is applied to the skin but this does not last long.
Your skin may feel tight post treatment and initially may appear red. Depending on the type of peel product used, peeling may start on day 3 after treatment, and may last for a couple of days.
Are there any side effects?
The nurse will discuss all potential side effects in detail during the consultation.
The nurse will provide you with information about aftercare, and advise you on how to make contact with the clinic for any queries after you have had your treatment.
As it heals, your skin would also be more sensitive to the sun, so you need to use sunscreen for at least a month after treatment.

Microneedling.
Microneedling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that’s used to treat skin concerns via collagen production. Also known as collagen induction therapy, this treatment may help those looking to reduce the appearance of acne scars and stretch marks. It’s also used in certain anti-aging procedures, such as eyelid surgery and sun spots. Microneedling isn’t effective for hair loss, despite the possible role of collagen in hair growth.
Pricing
1 treatment £150
Course of 3 £450
A course of 3 treatments also includes a free full size treatment serum and moisturiser with SPF.
All treatments require a £30 deposit to secure a booking, and this is redeemable against treatment cost.
How does it work?
As we age, it is normal for the skin to become drier, more lined and wrinkled, and less elastic and supple.
Microneedling works by encouraging your skin to make more collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid.
The idea is that pinpricks from the procedure cause slight injury to the skin and that the skin responds by sending inflammatory responses to the treatment area, and increasing the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid.
This new skin tissue is firmer, smoother, and less lined, and also more even in tone and texture.
What happens during treatment?
During the procedure, your nurse makes small pricks under the skin with a pen-like tool. The pinpricks are so small that you likely won’t notice them after the procedure. Your nurse will move the device evenly across your skin. There is minimal discomfort with this treatment, and numbing cream will be offered prior to the treatment if required.
Production of new collagen can take a few months, so a course of treatments is advisable to see the best results.
Are there any side effects?
The nurse will discuss all potential side effects in detail during the consultation.
The most common side effect is minor skin irritation immediately following the procedure. You may also notice redness in the treated area for a few hours immediately after treatment.
Your nurse will provide you with information about aftercare, and advice on how to make contact with the clinic for any queries after your treatment.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma).
PRP (Platelet-rich plasma) treatment is a way to encourage skin rejuvenation and reduce the appearance of uneven texture or scarring, sun damage and age spots, acne, fine lines and wrinkles. The treatment involves separating plasma from red blood cells in a sample of your blood, then injecting this stem cell and platelet-rich plasma back into your skin. The treatment speeds up production of collagen and elastin, making the skin smoother, firmer and glowing with health. The treatment is suitable for anyone who is concerned about loose, uneven, and poorly textured skin. It is brilliant for delicate areas such as under the eyes and the neck.
Pricing
1 treatment – £200
Course of 3 – £500
All treatments require a £25 booking fee to secure the appointment, which is redeemed against treatment cost.
How does it work?
As we age, our skin’s ability to regenerate slows down, leading to drier, more lined and less supple skin.
During a PRP treatment, I will draw a small sample of your blood, usually from inside your elbow). This sample is then spun in a centrifuge to separate the stem cell and platelet-rich plasma from the red blood cells. Once the separation has been completed, the plasma is then injected into your skin and begins to encourage production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. This leads to softer, plumper, firmer, smoother and more even-toned skin.
What happens during treatment?
You will have numbing cream applied to your skin to reduce discomfort prior to the treatment, then the injections of your plasma can be carried out. The injections will be sited where your skin requires rejuvenation. You may have microneedling carried out as an additional treatment during or after the injections, to further stimulate collagen production. Results may take a few weeks to show, as the skin renewal cycle can be 6 to 8 weeks.
Are there any side effects?
The nurse will discuss all potential side effects in detail during the consultation.
The most common side effect is minor skin irritation immediately following the procedure. You may also see redness for a few days.
There may be slight bruising, and minor swelling for a few days.
